Editor’s note

The word "now" was removed from the original headline for Dr. Giddon’s article during JADA’s design stage. It was our judgment that the word was redundant. We believed then, and still believe, that readers would understand that Dr. Giddon was calling for dentists to be called oral physicians now, not sometime in the near or distant future.
