In April JADA, there were errors in the Question of the Month department. The nutritional counseling procedure code in CDT-3 version 2000 is D1310.

Also in April JADA, the last letter on page 432 was written by Harold Irwin Sussman, D.D.S., M.S.D.

In the May JADA article "Major Depressive Disorder: Psychopathology, Medical Management and Dental Implications" by Arthur H. Friedlander, D.D.S., and Michael E. Mahler, M.D., an incorrect drug company name was listed. On page 631, the drugs paroxetine (Paxil) and tranylcypromine (Parnate) are listed as being manufactured by SmithKline Beecham. The company has merged with Glaxo Wellcome and is now known as GlaxoSmithKline. In addition, the trade name Wellbutrin (bupropion) should have read Wellbutrin SR.
