I just finished reading Dr. Meskins "Do No Harm" in September JADA, and I must say I couldnt agree more with all his points.
As a recent dental graduate (Case Western Reserve University Dental School Class of 2000), I am often frustrated when confronting dentists who are anti-amalgam. In my short clinical experience, including a general practice residency at the University of Utah, I have seen many more problems with posterior composite restorations than with alloy.
Thank you for clarifying an issue that shouldnt be cloudy to begin with.
