The July JADA Appointments/Elections/Awards section contained three errors:

– The item on page 880 listing the new officers of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery actually was a list of the new officers of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.

– In the same item on page 880, Dr. Paul L. Auclair should be listed as being from Portland, Maine, not Fulton, Md.

– Dr. Harvey Kessler, Gainesville, Fla., is the new director of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, not of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, as listed on page 882.
