DR. GINLEY, PAST ADA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, DIES AT AGE 59




The Contents and the News section in the June issue of JADA used an incorrect middle initial for Thomas J. Ginley, past ADA executive director, who died April 30.

In the Appointments/Elections/Awards section in the June issue of JADA, the site of the Dr. Ignatius N. and Sally L. Quartararo Department of Endodontics was incompletely identified. The department was established at the New York University College of Dentistry.

The box on page 848 in the article "Emergency Medicine: Beyond the Basics," published in the July issue of JADA, contained an error. The symptoms for noncardiac chest pain appeared under the head for cardiac chest pain and vice versa. The corrected box appears here.

JADA regrets these errors.
